Parfum (Perfume): A fragrance with a fragrance concentration of up to 20–40%, offering a scent that lasts for 8–12 hours or more. Ideal for high-end perfume brands.
Eau de Parfum (EDP): A highly popular category in the fragrance market, with a concentration of approximately 15–20% and a longevity of about 5–8 hours. It is ideal for everyday use.
Eau de Toilette (EDT): Contains 5–15% of the brand’s fragrance concentrate, providing a soft, long-lasting scent that lasts approximately 3–5 hours. It’s a great choice for those starting a business.
Eau de Cologne (EDC): A highly diluted fragrance with a concentration of approximately 2–4%, providing a refreshing sensation after application and lasting for about 2 hours.
Body Mist: A product with the lowest concentration, typically just 1–3%, that usually uses water as its main ingredient instead of alcohol. It is ideal for natural perfume recipes that emphasize a light, refreshing feel on the skin.

Perfume Composition Structure

When starting a perfume brand with Derma Innovation, we offer flexible pricing based on the size and type of perfume. You can choose to produce a minimum quantity that suits your needs to test the market first. Please contact our staff for a price quote based on your desired formula. You can choose the concentration of the fragrance concentrate to suit your needs, ranging from Parfum—which offers the longest-lasting scent—to Eau de Cologne. Our team of experts will be on hand to provide guidance to help you create a formula that appeals to your target audience.

Dermainnovation’s Research and Development (R&D) team will work with you to select raw materials and create new fragrances based on your concept, refining and testing them until we achieve a distinctive scent that perfectly captures the essence of your brand.

Perfume is classified as a regulated cosmetic product, so it is necessary to file a notification with the FDA before selling it legally. Derma Innovation will handle all the paperwork and procedures, which take approximately 30 days to complete.
